Option 1. We set up a sub-domain page on our main search website, CharlestonHomesForSale.com. We will optimize your exclusive page for 4 search categories you specialize in such as New Homes, Waterfront Properties, Foreclosures, etc. We direct all Prospects looking in your selected area to your company exclusively for the following:

• There is a one-time $50 set up fee

• There is a $20 monthly hosting fee for your sub-domain page

• There will be a 10% Referral Fee payable to Charleston Homes for Sale Realty when one of the Prospect Leads we email you turns into a money making deal for your company.

Option 2. Without the set up, optimization, and hosting fees, Charleston Homes For Sale can send you Propsect leads for a 25% Referral Fee.

Other Real Estate Service Providers: We provide marketing opportunities in each of the above market area for $60 per year to no more than 3 service providers in each service category. Each service provider can reserve a marketing position in up to 3 of the areas and your website will be linked directly to both CharlestonSouthCarolinaHomes.com and to CharlestonHomesForSale.com.
